Staffing.

As stated, our staff is impeccable, most of our members have been with us since the very start, which is almost 14 years now, others have been with us for 10 and 8 years. Usually in the past we recruited an element of 10 to 15 staff members and then filter that down to the top 5. We usually recruit them for at least 3 months in advance deliver training to them for 3 months before allowing them to work with young people or our clients therefore when we say they are good, loyal, passionate, and most importantly of an incredibly high standard we are sure of it. We prioritise the local authority, the young person, and the client’s needs, but we also prioritise our staff as our team is close knit and is family orientated. We also try to keep our staffing under 30 so we can focus our attention on ensuring our staff is quality, well trained, close knit, have enough to cover our clientele while allowing our staff to get sufficient hours on the rota to live comfortably. They are all trained to the pinnacle of the field and even the average keyworker is issued managerial training so they can take on more responsibilities in the organisation while having sufficient career growth.

• We offer staff training for all organisations.

We ensure that the staff are competent, and they have all the necessary documentations like DBS, right to work, Qualifications etc.

• We will train your staff to handle different situations they may be faced with while working with the young people such as managing challenging behaviours, how to deescalate volatile situations, how to build relationships etc.

• A supported living accommodation is only as good as its staffing’s ability to engage and build relationships with the young people. We will ensure the staff are Infinity Alliance Certified

• -For those clients that don’t know where to start we can provide our experienced and trained staff members or hire new staff members and train them for you. Please see some of training staff will need to be training in.

Marketing

Marketing is so important to us and in fact any business that here at Infinity Alliance we have a whole team of people in our organisation dedicated just to that. Marketing is the tool you use to attract and win clients and young people to the service. But after so long in the business we have learned well what works well and what doesn’t work well, as well as all the people you must appeal to and how to appeal to them in order to be successful in the field. Something we explain to clients often is if they come in with a mentality of get young people and keep them inside your organisation until their placement term expires in order to keep money inside the organisation, they are already setting themselves up to fail. We understand why people would do this as it makes sense especially when businesses are new. However though in its offset this approach seems logical, it sending a specific message about your business to relevant people which can potentially make a business off putting and therefore not win any clients.

At Infinity Alliance we know how to market your business, who to market it to and we have the best advertising strategies that will guarantee that your business always reaches the right people. This involves making contact with over 48 local authorities multiple times a week and using our well established relationships to win clients. Marketing is the most important aspect for any business as it guarantees that your business will reach the desired consumer. We will either train your staff to market your business effectively or we will market it for you. We have over 10 years’ experience marketing young support services to Local authorities and amassed vast knowledge on how to market and have a long list of relevant contacts that we will use to market your business for you.
