We do not operate under the "all are welcome" philosophy since not all are. Our reputation is important to us, therefore, we are very selective about whom we work with, accept as clients, and associate with. From the very top to the very bottom of our company, this is evident. Contrary to most other organisations, before being assigned to work in a unit or with a young person, each staff member we have hired to serve as a mentor and key employee is recruited at least three months in advance and undergoes intensive training. We do not subscribe to the "all is welcome" philosophy as not everyone can deliver at the standard we need and expect or that is expected of us by social services. We aim to discover who is adequate and who is not before allowing them to work. We maintain a very restricted client list to ensure that we can give each client adequate attention and deliver service at the standards we expect and that is expected of us.

Most people do not have the knowledge of what it takes to be successful in this field. The first key thing being exemplary documentation, both internal and external. Many will talk about your protocols and procedures but not many would talk about the different types of brochures aimed at the specific individuals that make up your business’s target audience, or your SOP. The second being a house at a standard that has passed the necessary qualifications to be safe and secure. The third being the structure of the organisation and the way it is set up in order to make it appealing to young people and social workers ONCE YOUNG PEOPLE ARE PLACED. The fourth being Staffing at a standard. The fifth being adequately engaging and managing the young people themselves in order to get the service to be effective in their aims and objectives. 70% of businesses who get as far as getting a child in this business fails due to poor management and poor staffing. The people on the ground need to be exemplary and the people managing need to be just as good. Inviting anyone and everyone to work within your business will be reflected in the standard/quality of work your business provides and is eventually known for. You also need internal forms such as specific reports in order to evidence your work. And this is just the beginning.

If your aim is to get the first (or a few) young people and hold onto them for 2 years, the mentality in the business is already wrong, and we can tell you why if we choose you as a client. Do not make the mistake of making yourself just like the other 100s of people in the field. What is social services looking for and what would be appealing to them? Who are you even trying to appeal to? do you know? Because we do, due to contacts, qualifications, and experience. That’s why people pay us.

We are able to (and have, multiple times) make entire businesses and run them, from creating the very name of the business, the creation of its logo, all the way through to its websites, statement of purpose, brochures, protocols and procedures, to housing, management of the service to its 15th young person. We literally do it all so if someone chooses, they can literally sit back and simply collect the money for their business at the end of the month resting securely their business is made.

A reminder that we often come into a service with the plan to leave, this means our priority is to prepare you as quick as possible, teach you, and help you to stand on your own feet and set you up with the essentials you need to be successful. Then depart to help someone else expanding our own reputation but keeping our income consistent. We support you by helping you recruit staff and helping you pick the right ones while explaining to you what makes them right, training those staff members, constructing an organisation structure for you and teaching you about your structure as well as the structure of the local authority. We4 teach you how to do matching, and the general risk assessment and your organisations place and role in the whole semi-independent construct.

Few things to know

 1. We are a bespoke service meaning we tailor-make each package around the client and their desired level of engagement in the business as well as their skills. We can go from doing everything you can think of and many things you can’t do in this business to simply designing the logo for someone’s business.

2. We enter a business to eventually leave, which means we set ourselves timescales to build you up strong enough to stand on your own without needing us. We support you in interviews to recruit staffing and to teach you the right ones to go for, as well as in the staff training and development so that you will have quality staff, if ever we pull out.

3. Our whole team are experts in a specific aspect of the business, therefore, if you choose to, you will work to learn each aspect with different individuals.

4. We reserve the right to end an association with a client at any point during our relationship.

5. We maintain a strict privacy policy. The names of our clients, including you if we choose to work with you, are not divulged unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. We are a premium service therefore we come at a premium rate. Which again means we are not available to everybody.
