STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This document defines the reason your business exists beyond just making a profit. The document outlines your company’s core values, core goals and purpose. It outlines the promises your business intends to make to the clients and what it will use to fulfil these promises. It may outline things like policies, staffing and organisational structures. This document will be shared with the your stakeholders and clients. In care and support services this is normally the Commissioning Team and Placement Officers who are in charge of connecting service users with appropriate  services.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES

We write policies and procedures for new business that are setting up. Policies and procedures are one of the most important part of any business particularly supported accommodation services and care organisations. Local authorities will not place with any organisations without the presence of legally compliant and up to date policies and procedures.

Each Client you work with may have different policies that they wish to see and as such we have a robust and ever expanding repertoire of policies. BUSINESS PLAN

It will clearly highlight the market you are in and the research that you have carried out in your field of business. It needs to be in-depth to cover matters like how you will overcome obstacles you may come across and highlight how you plan to compete in your field of business. Banks usually require this document to offer you appropriate services like loans or overdrafts. Regulators like CQC and Ofsted will also want to see this

BROCHURES & MARKETING MATERIAL

That is because we know the markets and field and the variety of people we need to appeal to in order to ensure we are successful in the field and have longevity. A Brochure is like a business's business card. Business Cards plays a vital role in showcasing your business services and Unique selling points to Social Services. This document is mainly for the Social workers as it showcases the unique features of your service such as your keyworkers, mentors, the activities you offer the young people inside and outside the home. Social workers require this information so they can share with their young people, and it needs to be visually appealing.

We Learn and Adapt

We have been where you are and needed to buy policies and procedures, but in doing so we highlighted  that many were not up to standard, and so the amount of extra work we put in to make them useable and applicable to us in our setting made the whole experience very costly in both time and money. There were still things missing as time changes, legislation changes and new developments happen therefore policies and procedures need to be made, adapted or edited constantly.

Because of this, we realised that we were in a better position to help people and we decided to do things differently. As we are still active in the industry, it is at the forefront of our job to research and learn about changes and then adapt to them. We offer our clients our own policies and procedures as well as our live updates.

The trickiest part of the business is the part that falls in the middle. It is often overlooked or unknown by most, but is still as essential as the policies and procedures.
